  1. VIRTUAL BEGINNER'S WATERCOLOR

    June 2, 2021, 6:00 PM - June 23, 2021, 8:00 PM @ Virtual Art Studio Program

    Four 2-hour virtual classes. Learn watercolor techniques and how to apply them to a painting. Techniques include washes, brush work, glazing and color mixing. Practice each skill and combine them in a final project. Students will receive a list of materials they are asked to purchase on their own prior to the start of class. Zoom meeting invitation and material list will be sent out after registration. Ages: 16+

  1. Neighborhood Walk and Stretch

    Instructor: Andrew Holtz, Prime U Fitness This 60 minute class is geared to those seeking cardio exercise while enjoying local scenery. In this class walkers will focus on proper warm up, cool down and walk technique while exploring the local neighborhood. The participants should wear comfortable footwear and appropriate clothing. Bring your hand weights for a more intense workout. Adults Class meets in the parking lot for sign-in and temp checks. Please wear your mask.

  2. Outdoor Yoga in Nature at Glasgow Park

    This weekly class is geared for people who are looking for an emphasis on anatomy and how to best move their body to minimize pain and increase ease of movement in everyday life. Bring your own yoga mat, two yoga blocks, small blanket or towel and water bottle. Social distancing should be practiced in combination with other everyday preventive actions to reduce the spread of COVID-19, including wearing masks, avoiding touching your face with unwashed hands, and frequently washing your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
