App. 2019-02592: 2203 Audubon Trail. (Northeast side of Audubon Trail and southwest side of W Palladio Place, north of the intersection with Mondrian Lane.) (TP 13-008.34.010.) St. Georges Hundred. Demolition permit to demolish a Folk Victorian Style dwelling determined eligible for the National Register of Historic Places and known as the J. Houston House, constructed ca. 1880. S Zoning. CD 12.

NEW BUSINESS

App. 2019-0554-S: 2203 Audubon Trail. (Northeast side of Audubon Trail and southwest side of W Palladio Place, north of the intersection with Mondrian Lane.) (TP 13-008.34-010.) St. Georges Hundred. Exploratory Minor Subdivision Plan for Bayberry North subdivision. Changes include proposal to subdivide Lot 757 and private open space parcel 5C to add 4 single-family detached lots along W Palladio Place, extinguish lot lone between Lot 757 and private open space parcel 5C and consolidate all remaining area into private open space, indicate existing structures to be removed on Lot 757, increase the total number of lots from 951 to 955.  S Zoning.

App. 2019-15645: 274 E Chestnut Hill Road. (Northeast side of E Chestnut Hill Road, at the northeast corner of the intersection of E Chestnut Hill Road and S Chapel Street.) (TP 11-006.10-076). Commercial tenant fit-out permit to perform repairs on the Everett Johnson House including roof repairs, replacement fenestration, and repairs to an existing porch roof. Constructed ca. 1800. CN & H Zoning. CD 5.

App. 2019-11543: 1139 La Grange Parkway. (East side of La Grange Parkway, east of the intersection with S Aikens Tavern Court.) (TP 11-026.20-001). Residential building permit to construct a screened-in porch off the rear of a dwelling located within the La Grange subdivision. S & H Zoning. CD 11.
