*App. 2019-0554-S: 2203 Audubon Trail. *Application 2019-0554-S will not be considered at the October 15 hearing. Exploratory Minor Subdivision Plan for Bayberry North subdivision has been tentatively rescheduled for the November 19, 2019 Historic Review Board public hearing. 
(Northeast side of Audubon Trail and southwest side of W Palladio Place, north of the intersection with Mondrian Lane.) (TP 13-008.34-010.) St. Georges Hundred. Exploratory Minor Subdivision Plan for Bayberry North subdivision. Changes include proposal to subdivide Lot 757 and private open space parcel 5C to add 4 single-family detached lots along W Palladio Place, extinguish lot lone between Lot 757 and private open space parcel 5C and consolidate all remaining area into private open space, indicate existing structures to be removed on Lot 757, increase the total number of lots from 951 to 955.  S Zoning. CD 12.

App. 2019-0541 R/Z / Ordinance No. 19-088 : 3203 Silverside Road. (North side of Silverside Road, south side of Wilmont Drive.) (TP 06-052.00-232.) Brandywine Hundred. Application to rezone 0.35 acres from NC15 (Neighborhood Conservation) to NC15 and H (Historic) Overlay Zone). CD 2.
