The DEPARTMENT OF LAND USE AND PLANNING BOARD of New Castle County will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Gilliam Building, 67 Reads Way, New Castle, DE, beginning at 7 p.m. to consider the following applications. The order in which the applications are listed is subject to change.
App. 2018-0581-S/Z & App. 2019-0596-SV East Side of N. Old Baltimore Pike, directly across from Browns Lane. Exploratory Major Subdivision Plan, Rezoning, PLUS review and Subdivision Variance for Eagle Hunt proposes to rezone 13.95 acres from Neighborhood Conservation (NC-21) to Suburban Transition (ST) to construct a 24-lot single family attached dwelling development on a cul-de-sac, having an average number of lots served by it greater than is sixteen (16). Ord.19-009 will rezone 13.95 acres from Conservation (NC-21) to Suburban Transition (ST). NC21 Zoning. CD 1. White Clay Creek Hundred (T.P. 09-030.00-110)
Considerations of rezonings may include zones other than those specified in the ordinances, and considerations for all other applications, including text amendments, may include changes other than those specified or requested in the proposals. Time limitations will be imposed on speakers. Information on all applications is available for public review in the Land Use Department, New Castle County Government Center, 87 Reads Way, Corporate Commons, New Castle, DE, from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
