The DEPARTMENT OF LAND USE AND PLANNING BOARD of New Castle County will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Gilliam Building, 67 Reads Way, New Castle, DE, beginning at 7 p.m. to consider the following applications.  The order in which the applications are listed is subject to change.

App. 2019-0157-S, North side of Augustine Cut-Off at the West 18th Street Split. Exploratory Major Land Development Plan, and PLUS Review for Incyte Campus Expansion proposes to consolidate parcels 06-136.00-126, 06-143.00-002, 06-143.00-010, and 06-136.00-030, demolish 3 existing structures, construct a 199,785 s.f. office and laboratory, a 2-story parking structure and associated site improvements. OR Zoning. CD 2. Brandywine Hundred and City of Wilmington.

App. 2019-0211-S, West side of Cedar Lane Road, 3,600 feet south of Boyds Corner Road. Exploratory Major Land Development Plan, and PLUS Review for The Northeast Christian Church proposes to combine parcels to construct a 77,000 s.f of GFA (72,000 s.f. church and 5,000 s.f. maintenance building) and associated site improvements. S Zoning. CD 12. St. Georges Hundred. (T.P. 13-013.00-245)

App. 2019-0397-T, Text amendment to amend New Castle County Code Chapter 40 Article 3 (“Use Regulations”) and Article 33 (“Definitions”) regarding landfills. Ord. 19-046 is a text amendment to amend several articles of the Unified Development Code to provide standards for landfills.

Considerations of rezonings may include zones other than those specified in the ordinances, and considerations for all other applications, including text amendments, may include changes other than those specified or requested in the proposals.  Time limitations will be imposed on speakers.  Information on all applications is available for public review in the Land Use Department, New Castle County Government Center, 87 Reads Way, Corporate Commons, New Castle, DE, from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
