App. 2017-16275: 11 Walker’s Mill Road (West side New Bridge Rd. and east side Brandywine River), Brandywine Hundred (TP 06-126.00-001).  Demolition Permit application for the “Walker’s Bank” building which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and is located within the Eleutherian Mills National Historic Landmark District.  CD 2. 

NEW BUSINESS

App. 2018-05785: 2314 Glasgow Ave (West side of Glasgow Ave., north of the intersection of Glasgow Ave. and Pulaski Hwy.) Pencader Hundred, (TP 11-026.00-043). Building Permit to renovate historic barn (Brooks House, c.1795). NC-10, CR, and Historic Overlay Zoning. CD 11.

App. 2018-0256-S:  2209 Millers Rd. (East side of Harvey Road, 388 feet north of Veale Road), Ardentown Hundred (TP 27-001.00-515).  Exploratory Minor Land Development Plan for Ivy Gables proposes to construct a 22,781 SF assisted living facility (Lewis B. Harvey House, mid-18th century) NC-10, H Overlay zoning.  CD 8.

App. 2018-0317-S & App. 2018-04012:  824 Brindley Way (South of the Barley Mill Road and Kennett Pike intersection), Christiana Hundred (TP 07-030.10-041).  Resubdivision Plan and Demolition Permit for Crooked Billet proposes demolish a Sears Roebuck Kit Home to be preserved on the Crooked Billet Major Land Development Plan (2016-0099-S) S zoning.  CD 2.
