NWPMG, LLC requests a recommendation from the Committee to the Department of Land Use and the Board of Adjustment for a Resource Protection Standards variance from Table 40.10.110 of the Unified Development Code to disturb 2.20 acres (74%) of the floodplain on site (100% Resource Protection level for floodplains) in order to construct a proposed self-storage facility with associated site improvements. Applicant proposes a net decrease of impervious surface on site and mitigate with significant reforestation/landscaping. 

The property is zoned Commercial Regional (CR). (App. 2020-0217), TP: 06-139.00-017.

The Resource Protection Area Technical Advisory Committee will be conducting a meeting to establish a subcommittee to review and establish standard application requirements for submissions to be heard by the committee.
