An exciting workout to add to your weekly routine. This class combines dynamic ballet-inspired movements for non-dancers, and strengthening exercises using light hand weights. It is a low impact form of exercise, so it is gentle on your joints and suitable for all levels of fitness. A floor mat is not needed for this class. All you'll need to bring is a set of free weights between 2 and 5 pounds. Adults

As we begin to age, a healthy body can help preserve our independence and longevity. This class will offer a little bit of something for everyone. Increase your flexibility and strength, work on your balance to prevent falls, and a bit of cardio all at the individuals own pace. Low impact fun movement/exercise class with free style as well as pattern movements. Benefits can include improved energy and endurance, improved memory and boost your mood. All of this done to music you will recognize!  All ages welcome but is geared toward our active adult population
