Specialty Recreation Camps

Specialty Camps offer campers the chance to immerse themselves in exciting, more focused activities. We offer programs that concentrate on a specialty area for the morning only all of which are led by experienced staff and guest presenters. Campers enrolled in Specialty Camps still enjoy recreational activities, fresh air time, field trip and swimming. Camps meet Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Extended care is available for $35 per week. All camps participate in weekly field trips and swimming. Camps are $125 per child. Ages 7-12

Fashion Camp

Fashion Camp is a program sponsored by Great Taste Design Company that provides girls ages 7-13 sewing, design, leadership, and life skills. Each day of camp offers participants a variety of opportunities to create, discover, and increase skills in a fun all girl format. Music Theater Camp: Broadway Express

Campers enjoy drama workshops, theater games, singing, acting/improv as well as sewing instruction and project. In partnership with Child Drama Workshops and Great Taste Design Company.

Carousel Camp

Explore nature and science every day. Barn tour, books at the barn activities, fly-fishing lesson at the pond, hikes and more. In partnership with Delaware 4H. This is not a riding camp.

REGISTRATION: Pre-registration is required. Payment is due in full at time of registration. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited number of need-based financial aid scholarships available. Space is limited. Registration Opens March 2.

LUNCH / SNACKS: Campers must bring their own lunch, morning and afternoon snacks, and water bottles each day.

CAMP FORMAT: Camps run from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Pre-care is available at all sites from 7:30 a.m. After-care is available to 5:30 p.m. at all camp locations.

LATE PICK-UP: A late pick-up fee of $15 will be charged for each child picked up after the program closes (4 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. for after-care). An additional $15 fee is charged for each 15-minute interval, or part thereof, as we do not prorate this fee by the minute. Parents/guardians that arrive late will be asked to sign a late pickup form and it is the responsibility of the parent to submit the late pick-up fee to NCCo within 3 business days of the incident.
