Police Athletic League Community Services Unit Information & Analysis Unit Criminal Investigation Unit Crisis Negotiation Team Evidence Detection Unit Professional Development Unit K-9 Unit Motorcycle Unit Ordnance Disposal Police Athletic League Special Weapons & Tactics Unit Traffic Services Unit Walking and Bike Patrol Mounted Patrol Unit  Patrol Division   The New Castle County Police have officers dedicated full time in a partnership with the Police Athletic League of Delaware.  Officers work with the 7,000 youth PAL members in a variety of prevention based academic, athletic, and self-esteem building activities at the PAL centers in New Castle and Hockessin.
