4830 Kennett Pike– Peninsula United Methodist Home (c/o ACTS Retirement Life Communities, Inc.) requests a recommendation from the Committee to the Board of Adjustment for a Resource Protection Standards variances from Table 40.10.127 (B) to create 33% impervious coverage of the Hoopes Reservoir Watershed (10% protection level) and from Table 40.05.420 and 40.10.130 (C) to create impervious coverage for a roadway within prohibitive steep slopes (100% protection level).

The Cascades, Pulaski Highway – Becker Morgan Group (on behalf of Route 40 Enterprises, LLC) requests a recommendation from the Committee to the Board of Adjustment for a Resource Protection Standards variance from Table 40.10.010 and Section 40.10.110 of the Unified Development Code to disturb 0.53 acres (1% +/-) of non-jurisdictional wetlands, riparian buffers, non-delineated 100-year floodplain area.
