App. 2015-0197-T.  To Amend New Castle County Code Chapter 40 (“Unified Development Code” or “UDC), Section 40.31.130 (“Deed Restriction Changes”) and Appendix 1 (“Application and Plan Requirements”) to Streamline and Improve the Deed Restriction Change Process.  Ord. 15-024 is a text amendment to revise the deed restriction review and approval process for the benefit of the applicants, the constituents, and for government efficiency.  County Council Sponsor David L. Tackett.

App. 2015-0222-S.  South side Lorewood Grove Road, ½ mile east of Ratledge Road and west of Jamison Corner Road.  Exploratory Major Land Development Plan and PLUS Review for Whitehall Hamlet 7.  The plan proposes using the Hamlet development option for 149 single family detached dwelling lots, 46 single family semi-detached dwelling lots and 34 single family attached (townhouse) lots on 84 acres in association with Town of Whitehall Master Plan.  S (Suburban) zoning district. CD 12.

App. 2015-0314-T.  To Amend Chapter 40 of the New Castle County Code (also known as the Unified Development Code - UDC), Article 3 (“Use Regulations”), Article 4 (“District Intensity and bulk Standards”), and Article 33 (“Definitions”), Regarding Parking Structures.  Substitute No. 1 to Ord. 15-053 is a text amendment outlining the processing and design of plans that propose the use of parking structures.  County Council Sponsor Joseph Reda.

Considerations of rezonings may include zones other than those specified in the ordinances, and considerations for all other applications, including text amendments, may include changes other than those specified or requested in the proposals.  Time limitations will be imposed on speakers.  Information on all applications is available for public review in the Land Use Department, New Castle County Government Center, 87 Reads Way, Corporate Commons, New Castle, DE, from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
