App. 2014-0605-T. To Amend the New Castle County Code, (also known as the Unified Development Code – UDC), Regarding Changes to FEMA Floodplain Regulations Pursuant to FEMA Review for Compliance. Ord. 14-126 is a text amendment that will update floodplain regulations to maintain compliance with the Federal Floodplain Insurance Program. County Council Sponsor: Joseph Reda.
