App. 2013-0105-S/Z. West side McKennans Church Road, south of Oak Ridge Road and north of Thomas Pointe and McKean High School.  Exploratory Major Land Development Plan, Rezoning and PLUS Review for Westhampton proposes to consolidate two parcel s and to rezone the area to ST to develop the site with 24 semi-detached dwellings, 71 townhouses and maintaining the existing historic single family home.  Ord. 13-101 will rezone 40.72 acres from S (Suburban) to ST (Suburban Transition).  CD 3.
