Common Grounds Coffee Club socialization program is specifically for young adults with disabilities such as ASD, Asperger’s Syndrome, PDD-NOS or High Functioning Autism, Social Anxiety or a learning disability. Participant must be able to attend programs independently and desire to participate. Program will offer icebreaker games, coffee and casual conversation. Registration required. CHAIR YOGA WITH YOUR CAREGIVER

A chair yoga class where you can start where are you are, use what you have, and do what you can do, but most of all just have fun. You will benefit from gentle stretching techniques and movements along with deep relaxation that's designed for the aging and those with less mobility.*Caregivers encouraged staying & joining. KALEIDOSCOPE ADAPTED ART STUDIO


The Kaleidoscope Studio is a partnership between the Art Therapy Express Inc. and New Castle County Department of Community Services to provide art opportunities using adaptive devices and media with the goal of increasing creativity, self-esteem, self-expression, friendships, and joy.
