10-115 sub 1- To amend Chapter 26 of the New Castle County Code relating to the employees' retirement system and the county employees' pension plan to provide for service retirement annuity after 25 years credited service for Emergency Medical Service Division employees or Emergency Communications Division employees and providing for increased employee contributions from employees and further amendments related thereto.
