New Castle County Code, Chapter 7 (Property Maintenance Code), Article 2 (Registration and Payment of Fees for Vacant Premises) requires the registration of vacant properties within 90 days of vacancy.  Please utilize the appropriate registration form below. Refer to Chapter 7 for more information.
